Thank you for your interest in participating in United Way’s Project Connect event. Please complete this form to secure your booth and help us connect community members to essential resources and services.​

Agreement & Signature

By submitting this form, you agree to the following:

  • Booths must remain open and staffed during the ENTIRE event.

  • Organizations are responsible for bringing their own materials, signage, and displays.

  • Booth must be setup by noon.

  • You will receive an invoice after registration. Payment must be received by June 16th, 2025.
